Who handles the permits?
We’ve got you covered. Oak and Willow will apply for all permits and take care of any paperwork necessary with the city you are building in.
How long will it take to build my home?
The home building process usually takes about 7-8 months. We try to make most design selections prior to when they are needed to help the process stay on track. Weather also plays an important role when it comes to construction, but any and all issues will be noted on the shared calendar.
Where do I go to pick out my selections?
Oak and Willow has spent years cultivating the best vendors and contractors around. We will personally take you to the selection locations and walk you through any design decisions.
