The Perfect Bathroom Tiles
My, oh my, is marble big right now! It’s everywhere you look, but is it the right choice for your bathroom? Marble can be very porous and easily scratched. Marble countertops or floor tile might be more of a disaster than a beautiful aesthetic if your family is anything like mine. Fortunately, imitation marble is as lovely as real marble, and you don’t have to worry about damaging it with the slightest scrape. There are many great imitation marble tiles out there, but do choose a pattern with a large-scale repeat. That way, it’s hard to tell whether it’s real marble or not.
Don’t like the marble look? No problem! There are tons of different options for every style preference. If you are thinking about resale value, you might want to keep your tile neutral and clean. But you can still choose tile with movement for the floor, and add interest in the shower area with a subway tile.
